FCC votes on this Wednesday no review and the 332 page of regulations is secret. Does not look like it will even be released to the public for review.
As far as I can tell this is really just a government takeover to tax, fee and control content on the web. No less than Mark Cuban to Rush Limbaugh both decry this as trying to fix what ain't broke. By calling this a utility the gov't can now add the same type fees you see on your phone bill.
Would love to hear how any of you guys see this going? Especially as it affects sites like RRS.
