Since the family is spread out today, smoking a small brisket and someone on here a few months ago recommended Hardcore Carnivore Black which I using today. Hopefully mine will turn out as well as others. We were in Bourne/Fredericksberg this weekend and we picked up a bushel of peaches which will be a cobbler later tonight.
