SLR camera book?

We just inherited my father in laws very nice and expensive canon eos 5d Mach 2 camera and 4 really good lenses.

I have used an SLR before, but it was a cheaper model and I never strayed outside of automatic. Considering how good of a camera and lenses this one is, I figured that was a waste.

Any of you have reccos of good books or programs to take?
