My son plays for Shallowater and Greenwood upset us tonight. We had several starters out but they worked us 43-28 nonetheless. But I saw something crazy I’ve never seen before. Their first drive of the game we held them and they run their kicker out for a 61 yd fg without hesitation. I thought it had to be a gimmick of some sort, but nope. Kids splits the uprights and it would’ve been good from 71. He hit a couple of kickoff 25-35 yds out of the back of the end zone. Kid is a freak. Damn good receiver too.
