Scuba diving certification in DFW

So where have people gotten their PADI certification in Dallas?

My wife and I just booked a Norwegian cruise outta Miami in May. We have done the beginner, non cert scuba before and it's time to get the certification so we can do shipwrecks and deeper than 50 ft.

Also would people suggest Scuba in St, Thomas or Tortola in the BVI's?
