we are reaching out to the offensive commitments and will post their comments/reaction to the Yost news as they respond...

QB Behren Morton

"I have no comments on what has been settled this morning. I just found out myself around 10am, and I am just taking some time to process what is going on."

TE Jed Castles

"It was very shocking finding out that he was being let go. It sucks I cannot be coached by him, but I wish him the best wherever he goes. I will still be signing with Tech this week."

WR Jerand Bradley

"I'm still solid to Texas Tech, and I wish the best for Coach Yost."

RB Cam'Ron Valdez

"I don't know what to say, I just found out an hour ago. I saw it on Twitter, then had a chance to speak with Coach (DeAndre) Smith, and he let me know the offense isn't changing too much and that there was nothing to worry about on my end. I will be signing with Texas Tech this Wednesday."

OL Jack Tucker

"I don't have any comments other than I hope Coach Yost is able to do well wherever he lands next. I will be signing with Texas Tech this Wednesday."

TE Mason Tharp

"Yes I am (solid with Tech), nothing has changed for me. I talked to the coaches and everything is good. I am signing on Wednesday."

OL Jacoby Jackson

"It definitely sucks to see him (Yost) go, because he was a great coach and an even better person. I'm still signing with Texas Tech tomorrow, we are having a ceremony at the school."
