UPDATE: Rivals updates state rankings

Rivals has updated their state rankings today. Vasher, Ward, Denley, and Coleman are all accounted for in the recent update.

Outside of Texas, McCann and Jones are also represented in their respective state's rankings. Virginia has not updated their list yet, but I still expect OL Zach Adams to be rated pretty high.
