UPDATE: Rivals TX Top 90: The TTU Targets

Good afternoon everyone,

I took a few days to review the Texas Top 90 released last week and put together a list of 20+ top targets for Texas Tech in the 2020 class.

Some of these 'top' guys hold offers from Tech, but aren't necessarily considered the Red Raiders.

I kept this to recent offers and those who seem to be reciprocating the interest.
