Ronald Reagan absolutely exploded the debt with massive deficits. He took over a nearly balanced budget and tripled the national debt while in office. Republicans, including people on this forum, justified it by saying, Reagan had to do it because he waa fighting the Russians"
So Republicans are ok with a Republican president absolutely exploding the debt in a cold war with Russia, but they are not ok with spending money on a literal war. They justify this lunacy with lies:
1. Zelensky doesn't say "thank you." He repeatedly had said thank you.
2. Europe doesn't help...They have spent more on Ukraine than America.
3. Zelensky is being disrespectful by not wearing a suit...He is showing support for the troops by dressing that way. The same thing their idol Winston Churchill did.
4. Democrats are telling Zelensky to not do the minerals deal...And outright fabrication.
There is no shame with these people. I'll sit back and wait for the personal attacks since that's what sycophants do when slapped in the face with the truth.
