All, I’ve got a real tricky situation with a close church friend. She’s going thru a NASTY divorce and needs a home to rent for her and her 2 young daughters. The ex (a former close friend of mine) is being a total ass, with statements like, “If you don’t meet my conditions, I’ll destroy you”. Just checking in case someone here might have something and willing to help out.
