Dallas Morning News continue this "Best In Texas" thing and rank the 12 FBS coaches in the state. Don't think anyone could really argue Patterson is a clear No. 1.

Kliff is 5th, which is about right. Might be issues with Rhule ahead of him since he hasn't even coached a game in the state yet. I'd hold off on him until I see it this fall, but his body of work at Temple was pretty good.
