A lot of consternation over last night's loss to TCU. Yeah that loss sucked, and Tech I thought played a good second half. The first half stunk, but the second half was better. It seems like Tech played their game, which I think is always a good thing. TCU just beat them.
So that leads me to Kansas. I still don't think Kansas is that much different that Tech. Ok maybe they are better at every position, sure, but the makeup of the teams is pretty much the same. They are built in similar fashion, either by design or by attrition they've ended up mostly in the same mold.
I think Tech *can* beat them, especially at home. Why not? They beat West Virginia in Lubbock, and overall I think WVU is about as good as Kansas. Heck WVU pasted KU at home, but lost at home to O$u. And OU. Anyway, that transitive property of basketball can wait for another thread.

This Tech team has some losses, but they have also played well enough to be in games that they have lost. They don't seem like they are awfully far from getting some wins.
