Purchasing Bowl Game Tickets

I and my group are currently students at Tech and are trying to figure out how to purchase bowl game tickets in advance. We're trying to get ahead of the curve of bowl games being announced Sunday. Clearly as students we're not season ticket holders or anything.
So here are my questions:

Is there a way for students to purchase advance tickets?
Are there student discounts for bowl game tickets?
