Some of you know that I am the Texas Distributor of Proletariat Wines. Proletariat is a keg only winery, bringing high quality wines to the on tap market. Better product and less expensive delivery model. We can pour a $50-75 bottle of wine at $12-15 cost to the restaurant with virtually no waste.
Just wanted to provide a quick update.
We are rocking it in Austin now, with the addition of NxNW (Circle C location), Draft House (Rainey Street), Porter Alehouse, Second Bar + Kitchen, Congress, Champions downtown, Hecho en Mexcio, Blackbird & Henry and Whip In. We are having a tap takeover event at Whip In starting Wednesday, going thru the weekend. Wine on tap inside and out while bands are playing.
We will be at the other NxNW location in the next month or two, both MOD Pizza locations in Austin and Driskill hotel sometime in the next 60 days.
We are also officially in Houston with MOD Pizza in Pearland. If you have never been to MOD, give it a try. Really good pizza and a fun experience. For those in Houston, if you stop in at the MOD Pizza West Galleria and Vintage locations, ask for Proletariat wine on tap. They carry some pretty bad wine right now and we are trying to get those two locations to feel the pressure to switch.
