Kliff started following a QB out of Cali a few days ago on twitter named Patrick O'Brien. Kingsbury seems to only follow players that he is really interested in so I thought there might be some smoke here. He is definitely a pro style QB with a strong arm and great pocket awareness. Here is his hudl film. Only two offers right now from Colorado State and Nebraska but he is visiting Notre Dame this weekend, so they could possibly offer. What do you guys think?
