Pool Tables Questions

I am getting a 9 foot Brunswick pool table from a relative. I had some questions if anybody has the answers. The pool balls are at least 30 years old do I need new ones, I am getting it re felted how much does that run and I am getting a new set of cues what kind are good basic table cues.
