This is based off of a post I made on another thread. If you had to create a college football team from scratch starting with selecting the QB position, who would you choose as your QB out of those available for the 2016 season?

I understand that with this being a Tech fan board, Mahomes will likely run away with this poll, but I'm more interested in the discussion surrounding it.
