Looks to be a doozy of a tournament with Spieth, Z Johnson and Rory paired together on Thursday and Friday. Rory has Spieths number when paired together but I think this week will be different. Jordan is sharp and Rory is bound to be shaking off some rust. Rory makes the cut but finishes outside top 10. Zach contends but is too short to make a dent...top 20 finish.
I think Tiger contends for the first time in a while. Think he finishes inside the top 20 but has at least one day of poor driving and putting that sets him too far back to have a chance to win.
I'm picking Spieth...I'm 2/3 this year picking Spieth so the odds are at least in my favor!! A win here gets Jordan to #1 in the world and would solidify one of the greatest (if not the greatest) calendar year of golf in the history of the game (3 wins, T-5 at Open - essentially runner up by a stroke).
Down the stretch, DJ suffers more heart break with a final round 74, Day is right there but bogies 17 and 18 and Rickie finishes T-2 with Henrik Stenson...2 strokes back of Spieth. Spieth finishes -13.
