I just had dinner at Periphery at it was fantastic. I got to meet Mark(chef/owner) and he was extremely nice. I had the cornbread for the appetizer, the roasted chicken for my main course, and the peanut butter pound cake for dessert. It was all delicious. I know that there have been threads about this place before, but it deserves to mentioned again. If you are in San Antonio I highly recommend this place.
