Boy, Moe (Pence) and Curly (Trump) cooked up a real dandy of a protest Sunday in Indy for the Colts-49ers game. The very calculated stunt -- fully funded by taxpayer money -- fooled no one but Trump's blind base, which ain't too hard to do, now is it?
The press covering Pence was told to hang out near the vans outside the stadium that Pence would probably be back soon. And, of course, shockingly, the VP has no use for the First Amendment and gets all faked outraged with his planned walk out, tweeting, "I left today's Colts game because POTUS and I will not dignify any event that disrespects our soldiers, our Flag, or our National Anthem."
And I'm trying to think, who has disrespected soldiers more -- players kneeling in front of the flag with a hand over their heart, or "Bone Spurs" Trump who takes on a POW, saying he prefers his soldiers not to get captured, and Gold Star families?
Super Patriot Pence has no problem attending a fundraiser Monday night for Putin apologist Dana Rorhabacher.
These two must think everyone is as stupid as they are, and for 30% of the country, they're right.
