USU was 120th in penalties this season. They also won 10 games. If penalties aren't leading to losses, then who TF cares?
Last season they were 68th in penalties and won 6 games. In 2015 they were 63rd in penalties and won 6 games.
Penalties are something you can look at to figure-out why you are losing...but if you're not losing, it's a totally irrelevant stat.
