Just got back from seeing the show with Lady Terlingua, and it was awesome. He played for three hours and even did a pretty long encore. So, so many hits, told a ton of stories about early Beatles, and John, and George (nothing about Ringo, who happens to be the luckiest MF’er that ever lived, there are probably people reading this who play drums better than he ever did).
Awesome show and very moving - easily top 3 or 4, but I’d have to sit down and work through those rankings to come up with a full list.
The last words he sang were “in the end, the love you take....is equal to the love you make”, so I hereby admonish you all to go forth with that in mind. I love you all. (Am drunk tho.)
