UPDATE: Overview of new 2016 offers this spring

Below is a list of new 2016 offers since the open evaluation period started on April 15th.

Before the eval period started there was about a 62 to 38 offense/defense offer ratio according to the Rivals database. Since the eval period started the numbers have been skewed in favor of the defense 11 to 6 - with 7 of the 11 new defensive offers coming along the defensive line.
