Trying to renew my tickets online because I can't call at work and I can't even create a freaking account because the website will not accept any password I create "due to security reasons". I have literally tried 25 different passwords.
Try the chat? Good luck with that...all chat tells you is to call. Won't even give me what the password rules are supposed to be.
