Like Arya I am sure all of us GOT show watchers and book readers have our own list of mother f$%kers we wish would meet the end of Longclaw or Drogon's teeth. After careful consideration, I submit the following names, in order, to the Many Faced God:
1) Cersei: she may not have personally done all the awful stuff that Ramsay has done but she is the root of so much of this.
2) Ramsay Bolton: Just not enough space to type out all the justification.
3) Walder Frey: Red Wedding. You cannot kill those you have under your roof as guests. It's an EFFING rule man!
4) Ollie: This show has a nack for making people want to kill kids. He must go.
5) Alliser Thorne: "For the Watch"....F YOU you scheming back stabber.
PS: If they are already dead on the show, they don't make the list. I think we can all agree who #1 would be if that was not the case.
