OT- What the heck is going on? (Midland folks)

I've heard people on the news fussing about the Walmart closing due to plumbing problems, but now really strange rumors are surfacing. It turns out 5 across the nation shut down ALL on Monday claiming the same reasons. Now people are seeing military equipment etc and nobody's giving answers. Here's one video, but search more and it seems to be getting creepy....
