I am happy in my current company except I am under paid by 20-30%. My boss is working to get me caught up, but I have doubts they will approve it. That being said, I have been here for 8 years, have a great network, and am well respected across 2 of the divisions.
That being said, I am going up for a 2nd interview at a new company next week and I feel pretty good an offer is on its way.
When I lay out the pros-cons between the two, the thing that sticks out to me the most is my strong network. So is that a good enough reason to stay? Or does slightly better opportunity and fairer pay out-weigh it?
Curious what the masses think.
