OT: What is going in the old Leonard's location?

We were in Lubbock over the weekend and I noticed that they were renovating the old Leonard's Grocery Store off University, but there were no signs that described what was going in the space. Does anyone know what is going in there? I hope it isn't the turncoat from Stephenville.
