Something like say, 10K per adult, 2k per child, 15K per special needs child or adult (30K per highly special needs or something), whether you work or don't. All other social programs are rolled into this, including social security. Tie it all to a healthy indexed inflation. Remove minimum wage. Available only with a valid birth certificate and passport.
How does the world change? What happens to things like the stock market, what businesses explode, which crumble? Do we see an explosion of crappy entrepreneurs or a new technological reveloution?
