OT: Smoking a brisket, making borrocho beans, and homemade sourdough bread today.......

Just using my old smoker (pic below), oak, pecan, a local rub, and experimenting with Worcestershire to help keep moist. Pic is of brisket about 5 hours on 225 degrees.

Wife put on some borrocho beans with beer, garlic, and onion. Also making homemade bread. Gonna make some homemade Sangria tonight as well.

Hopefully will have finished product later tonight.

Crack open a cold one boys, it's pretty damm hot.
