We have yet to put the house on the market and I wanted to gauge the interest here first. It's a 3 bed, 2 bath 1,758 sqft house that we bought a few years ago and have had consistent tenants the entire time. A new year long lease was just signed, so the buyer will likely need to be an investor as well. It's a great house 5 min (1.8 miles) from the university. We're looking to sell because I'm no longer in West Texas and while the property manager handles everything, I'd like to find investment properties closer to where I live.
