I bought a mattress from Sears over Labor Day weekend. Ended up being too firm for my wife, went back to return it. Without going into all the details, I had to get pretty shitty with them yesterday. Total ordeal ate up 4 hours of my day off. Total shitshow, almost everyone that works there is completely incompetent. If it wasn't for my sales lady (she was great), they were going to back out on my warranty.
I will never, ever, ever, ever buy anything from Sears again. I've bought several appliances and mattresses from them in the past. Never again, F them in the A.
