OT: Quiet Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo Recommendations

Trying to get away from taking notes on paper during a conference call but my keyboard is way too loud to be able to do that today. Does anyone have a good recommendation on a quiet, wireless keyboard (with mouse) I can used when docked in my home office.
