Or for anyone who would know.

Kind of a delicate situation. My dad had a will, for sure. Talked to me about it numerous times over the years and made me the executor. Then he got married about 5yrs ago and we haven't spoken about it since. His now widow seems to be under the impression he doesn't have one, or at least that's how I have perceived her comments. She may truly not know, but I'd sure like to have proof before I say anything incase she does know but is acting like he doesn't. I don't really have any reason to believe she would do that and I honestly am not looking to keep anything from her. I'm certainly not expecting some fortune or whatever. I just want to make sure whatever he wanted is done, that's it. I don't have the paperwork and my younger brother says it's in his storage unit that only she will have access to. My question is, is there any way to find who prepared it for him? Surely they would have a copy. I know it was a lawyer that our family has used over the years in Lubbock but that's all I know, a lawyer in Lubbock. No name, contact info...nothing. Any way to find it without the actual documents?

PS
Thank you all for the kind words in the post about his passing. You wouldn't think something like an anonymous internet message board could do that but we've both been a part of this nutty family for 15+ years, it carries weight.
