I need some advice from a vet or someone knowledgeable about pet injuries.
I have a 4.5 yr old boxer. Starting a few months ago, he would start limping a bit for a few days then it would go away for a few weeks and then the limp would come back and go away etc. Earlier this week, the limp had gotten worse to the point he would try to completely stay off of it but now he's acting ok again. It's been his front right paw every time.
I'll probably still spend the money on x rays but wanted to get an idea of what it might be. If it sounds like something we can't do anything about, maybe arthritis or something, then I may hold off. Just wanted to check with the vets first.
