I got an email yesterday morning someone had logged into my Facebook account and when I tried to open it 30 minutes afterwards, it said my account was disabled due to my linked Instagram account. I then went to Instagram and it said they suspended my account for violating community guidelines and said I had 30 days to disagree with the decision, so I clicked the button that I disagreed and that’s all it asked for. It then said after review if they can confirm I should be able to access my account in 24 hours.
Jump to today, it says my account was deleted for not following their terms, which also means I can’t access my Facebook.
Could care less about the content but I do have a lot of memories and pics I’d like to at least recover. Does anyone have any experience in dealing with this? I can’t find one form they will allow me to submit, nowhere to contact support, etc.
