Anyone ever sold their home using Opendoor? We will be looking to sell our house when our new one is finished in a couple months and the offer from Opendoor is very fair, even above what we would've listed it for. They charge the 6% fee which would be agent fees in a normal sell and they charge for the title transfer.
They have pretty good reviews online and look to be an easy option for our situation so we can choose our closing date and not have to worry about how long it sits on the market.
