everyone go read End of Average, by Todd Rose!
This is very interesting book!
I think the author makes some very Interetesting points on what he sees as the corrected future for our very underwhelming education system, not only k-12, but the university as well!
The competency and credentials topic blew my mind as far as a replacement for the diploma. I think he is definitely on to something with that.
If anyone has read this book, what are your thoughts!
Also if you have not heard of the Kahn Academy. Look it up. Pretty awesome and it's free!
