My contract/introductory period with U-Verse is up and my monthly payment went from around $170 to $250/month (TV & internet). I know I've read they'll bargain with you if you threaten to cancel. Any tips?
Also, if they won't play ball to my satisfaction, it looks like my options are Time Warner, Dish & DirectTV. Pros & cons of those? Thanks in advance.
