I'm in a house hunt right now, looking at every area basically west of White Rock, not really caring how north or south it is, and trying to stay in Dallas but I'm open to seeing the outer-burbs. Really impressed with some of the improved Oak Cliff neighborhoods I've seen recently. Also understand some areas are definitely not there yet, but I see a lot of beautification going on.
