Me and the Mrs are looking to buy our first home in the area, next May. But are also considering new builds too.
We aren’t even entirely sure what we want, but budget in high 200s to low 300s.
Looking to get some upfront questions answered and start a relationship, we’re having our first kid later this summer and want to knock this (finding a realtor) off the list now, instead of with a 3 month old.
Any recommendations?
