OT: Noisy Cameras At The White House (Not Political)

They have been showing the president answering questions.....and every few seconds you hear these ridiculous cameras going off.

It is 2019 and we still have these ancient noisy cameras going off and off?!?!?

It is quite distracting.
I would like to know why they are still used/allowed!
