Like most, no work today. Gonna smoke a pork loin this afternoon. In the meantime, I asked my wife and kids if there was anything I needed to do. My daughter (age 11) just said, "No, we are making you brownies." My son (age 5) asked if we can watch football all day. My wife is fixing red beans and homemade bread for dinner.
Watching football all day, smoked pork loin, and homemade fixings. Its gonna be a damm good day.
