OT: MLB Corner OFs

Had a debate with a co-worker regarding MLB corner OFs and wanted some input from the board. You're an MLB manager ... where do you put your better corner outfielder? I was of the mind that you put the better arm in right and the better fielder in left. Thoughts?

Edit: He stated that your better overall player belongs in RF...
