Thinking about moving to a new house and wanting to be able to rent the old one, but don't want to deal with all the nuances.
I'm sure several of you guys have experience with property management companies in the LBK so wondering if you could share any recommendations and answer a few questions, such as:
What is their fee?
Are there extra fees that pop up from time to time, such as when a new tenant moves out and they have to clean/paint?
How do they handle repairs and such that pop up? Is there some sort of side insurance policy you could get that would cover a catastrophic breakdown like a plumbing line needing to be replaced or something?
I want to be able to contact a few Lubbock options and find out how much my house could rent for before I get serious about looking for the next home, so any preliminary information you guys could provide would be awesome.
