OT: Lubbock for Kids

Guys I’ve got dad duty today and am wanting to kill a day, so I’m driving to Lubbock with 7 year old and my buddy and his 7 year old. Thinking we go eat, altitude trampoline park... and somehow watch football. Is the Top Golf (like) deal open in Lubbock yet? Just looking for suggestions. Thanks in advance.
