I'm in the process of starting to look for a new gig because I have plateaued with my current company and don't have any room for growth/promotion and I need to find something where I'm a little less for my family. It has been a great company and I have zero complaints, just time to start seeing what is out there.
I have spent the large majority of my career in some combination of sales management/business development. For the last six years I have been overseeing the sales and operations for our company (industrial automation instrumentation manufacturer) for the Western US and recently some in Mexico.
