OT: IRS Law Suit

Had the weirdest message left on my answering machine yesterday that I can ever remember.

Message stated that the IRS is filing a law suit against me and that I needed to call a certain number. I didn't call it, and don't intend to...but haven't forgotten the message.....is this something I should be concerned about, or is it a hoax or something? Anyone know? Any ideas or suggestions?
