So, just got an email that disturbs me and wanted to see if anyone could explain this.

I went to Home Depot last weekend, bought a sprinkler head for $7, paid cash at the self checkout, and walked out. I don’t do rewards (my parents sign up for them all, so I usually use their phone number but at Home Depot I didn’t) and didn’t give anyone any information. I didn’t even speak to anyone. Literally walked in, got the sprinkler head, checked myself out with cash, got a printed receipt, and left.

So how in the hell do I get an email from them asking if I’m satisfied with my purchase? Even wants me to rate the exact sprinkler head I purchased.

Some serious Big Brother crap going through my head right now!
