Unless you’re a vegan, it seems that just about everyone in the fitness community agrees that high protein meals are a key to fat loss and retaining/building muscle.
I know that meal prepping is a thing for a segment of the male population, but imo, ain’t nobody got time for that. At least, I don’t.
For those of us who typically eat on the go, what are the best drive thru/carry out options for high protein lunches, that fit a working man’s budget? Trying to stay around $10 or less.
I’ve come up with 3 keepers, so far:
Papa John’s Chicken Alfredo Papa Bowl, 570 cal, 62g protein, $8
CFA 8 count nuggets with chicken noodle soup side, ~450 cal, 48g protein, $10
Subway 6” sweet onion chicken teriyaki w double meat, ~500 cal, 48g protein, $8
